I am a senior US Army Officer transitioning to a civilian career. I have over 21 years leadership experience coaching, teaching, and mentoring subordinate leaders, planning and directing operations across multiple organizations and functions. I’m knowledgable in strategic and operational planning, organizational design, leadership, training, policy development, and the design and management of organizational systems and processes. I’m uniquely skilled at understanding and solving problems that span multiple levels of analysis.
